Our goal during the crisis is to continue offering services without risking the health of Cumberland County residents or our staff. So…

  • Our County Store location at the Cumberland Mall is closed
  • There is no public access to our main office at the Cumberland County Courthouse.

All of our services will be by phone, internet, mail and email only.

LAND RECORDINGS

All property recording services will continue during normal hours. If you are a frequent submitter, we suggest that you contact one of our e-filing vendors for quick turnaround of recordings.

PASSPORT OPERATIONS

New passports and regular passport renewals will be delayed during this COVID-19 emergency (note that the State Department has issued a “Do Not Travel” health advisory for all international travel).

All passport applications for expedited service submitted to the State Department prior to March 18th will be honored with two-to-four-week service.
