All Notary Oath appointments will be temporarily scheduled and conducted at our Cumberland County Courthouse Office in Bridgeton New Jersey. You may schedule an appointment by calling 856-453-4860.
Our hours of operation at both offices are temporarily being modified as well.
The County Courthouse Office hours are Monday- Friday 8:30 am- 4:30 pm, and the Cumberland County Store Office hours are Monday- Friday 11:00 am- 7:00 pm and Saturday 11:00 AM- 3:00 PM.
We are accepting passport services only in our Cumberland County Store Office, by appointment only. Walk in scheduling will be allowed as well.

Important Passport Notice – The Department of State Has Changed Passport Requirements
Effective January 9, 2017, the Department of State is requiring all customers applying for a passport using form DS-11 to submit a clear copy of their citizenship evidence in addition to their original or certified copy of U.S. citizenship. Please review the documents below for more detail.

PHOTOGRAPHS
Please provide one recent professional passport photograph. (2″ x 2″on light or white background)
Front view, full face. No glasses, hats or head gear of any kind (headbands, barrettes, etc.). Do not smile.
- Photographs can be taken at the Clerk’s Office for a fee of $10.
FEES
- You can pay your “Passport Fee” portion by check or money order made payable to the “US Department of State.”
- Our office only accepts credit cards for photo ($10) and processing fees ($35), however charges a $3.00 convenience fee for each transaction.

Children and Minors
All children must appear when making application for passport. Either both parents or legal guardians must execute application for children under age 16. For age 16 or 17, one parent must apply. Parents or guardians must present valid driver’s license or federal government I.D.. If you had a previous passport you may be eligible to use form DS-82 and apply by mail. You can submit your most recent passport, if your previous passport was valid for ten years, and was issued within the previous fifteen (15) years.
