Clerk’s Office Receives a Perfect Score on Passport Facility Acceptance Oversight Inspection

 

Bridgeton, NJ – Cumberland County Clerk Celeste M. Riley has been notified by the U.S. Department of State that the Bridgeton Facility of  the County Clerk’s Office received a perfect score on its Acceptance Facility Oversight Inspection. The inspection evaluates facilities on acceptance procedures, information security, supplies, signage and training. Each facility is inspected every two years.

Of the honor County Clerk Riley says, “I am really proud of my staff and all of their hard work and dedication on receiving this distinction.”

The County Clerk’s Office has two locations to submit your passport applications, the County Courthouse in Bridgeton, and the County Store located in the Cumberland Mall.  The Cumberland Store offers evening and weekend hours.   Applicants can also have their passport photograph taken at the County Clerk’s office for a fee of $10.00.

The County Clerk’s Office also offers Veteran’s cards, land record searches, trade name certificates, notary services, election services, and document recording.
