In response to the immediate risks associated with the Coronavirus (COVID 19) outbreak, the Cumberland County Clerk’s Offices at the County Courthouse and at the Cumberland Mall will be closed to the members of the public.

This is a critical step to protect the residents of Cumberland County who we serve, our staff members and the families they go home to every night.

Along with county employees from other departments who will still be reporting to work, we at the Clerk’s office will continue to do our best to meet your needs from our offices.

You should also know that there are some useful online tools you can access remotely from the safety and comfort of your homes.

We offer public online search at  https://ccclerknj.com/public-land-records/records-services/

We also recommend that you consider signing up to e-file to ensure the timely recording of your documents.

Our office works with the following e-recording services:

Simplifile – https://simplifile.com/e-recording/  ,

CSC – http://erecording.com/  ,

Indecomm – http://www.indecomm.net/eRecording.aspx
